Fonctionnement

Multiple feed materials are gravity-loaded onto the top dispersing plate. Independent main vibration motors meter each material into linear vibrators that feed the 32 weigh-hopper buckets. A combination algorithm picks the bucket subset whose total weight is closest to target (2-in-1 / 3-in-1 / 4-in-1 recipes). Selected hoppers discharge asynchronously to a rotary distribution head that positions the dose over each waiting bottle/can on the conveyor. Bottle-presence sensor inhibits filling when a slot is empty.
