Granular feed enters die cavity (loading height 60 mm, max lower-punch dia 100 mm); upper punch descends with up to 110 mm stroke applying 60 T compaction, then retracts as the lower punch ejects the tablet. Production ≈20 tablets/min with ±0.05 error tolerance. Motor 5 kW.

Pre-production: clean die, upper punch, and lower punch before each run. Post-shift: disassemble tablet-contact parts, wash with appropriate solvent, dry, and lubricate per schedule. Perform daily inspection and lubrication per maintenance regulations.
