Fonctionnement
Process flow: material preparation → bottles in → dual vibratory bowls → dual-rail cotton/sponge orientation → product feeds in → dual-station stuffing & discharge. A high-precision cam indexer positions the star wheel without backlash for accurate placement. Pneumatic + electric dual-source control with no-bottle-no-cap and no-bottle-no-screw interlocks. Mechanical transmission delivers stable accuracy with low wear. Single-head lifts, orients, pre-presses, and presses the cotton/sponge into the bottle at set position.
