Fonctionnement

Material is fed by an electromagnetic-speed-regulating feeder into the compaction zone where two counter-rotating rollers (Ø200×80 mm) compress the powder into flakes using the crystal water in the material as binder. A hydraulic system maintains 20 kN compaction force (max system pressure 198 kN). Flakes are then crushed by the granulating motor through a sieve to produce granules of 0.5-2 mm.

Nettoyage et entretien

Flush and clean after each shift. Clean and change lubricant oil/grease every 6 months. Full overhaul every 3 years. Do NOT use metal tools to scrape material from press rollers.
