Fonctionnement
Material is driven into the homogenization valve by the three plungers. Inside the valve, it is pressurized and discharged. During this process the material is subjected to cavitation, high-frequency vibration from intense turbulence, shear against the valve edge, and impact against the retaining ring -- achieving cell disruption, nano-scale emulsification, and nano-scale dispersion. The three-plunger 120-degree-offset operation ensures stable flow; a precision pressure-regulating valve provides accurate pressure control.
