Fonctionnement
Cold intake air passes through pre-filters and is heated in the heat exchange chamber to the required inlet temperature. The heated air is blown upward through the perforated distributor plate into the product container, fluidizing the powder or granule bed. Moisture evaporates from the fluidized particles; the moisture-laden exhaust air passes through bag filters and a HEPA filter before discharge by the exhaust fan. The process continues cyclically until target dryness is reached.
