Fonctionnement

Material enters the hopper and feed inlet, dropping into the primary crushing chamber where the rotating toothed disc and stationary toothed disc shear it by relative motion. Initial fragments pass through holes in the rotating disc into the outer (secondary) chamber where the high-speed hammer head (5200 rpm) impacts, tears and rubs them against the inner toothed ring. Particles small enough to pass the screen (60/80/100/120 mesh) are expelled by centrifugal force into the collection bag/box. A built-in water tank and circulating pump cool the crushing chamber via a condenser to prevent overheating during continuous operation.

Nettoyage et entretien

Disconnect power before any cleaning or maintenance. After the last feed, run the machine 2–3 minutes to fully crush remaining material, then shut down, remove powder and clean residues from the crushing chamber. Clean the screen if blocked; replace when damaged. If sticky or oily material is processed, blend with other dry material. Lubricate bearings regularly. Replace hammer heads as a complete set to keep the rotor balanced. Wash and dry the unit before long-term storage; store indoors in a dry, well-ventilated location.
