Fonctionnement

Bottles are fed from a supply tray; a star-wheel (magnetic-clutch design — auto-stops on jam) transfers bottles into the auger track. The auger rotates bottles 180° with mouths facing down. Bottles pass through the tower-type ultrasonic transducer zone (cavitation removes particles), then sequentially through circulating-water rinse → purified-water rinse → compressed-air blow-dry. After rinsing, bottles are inverted 180° back to mouth-up orientation and discharged into the output chute. A heated water tank maintains constant-temperature wash water for optimal cavitation.
