Continuous roll-type working principle: packaging bag is conveyed into the vacuum chamber (700×610×130 mm) by the roll mechanism. The sealing cover closes; electromagnetic shutoff valve (Wenzhou Dachang ZKC22-32C) activates the vacuum pump to evacuate the chamber; vacuum gauge (SU316L, 0–0.1 MPa) monitors vacuum degree. When the set vacuum is reached, a 2/3-way solenoid valve (ZK23-6) supplies current to the dual heating bars (Ni15Cr3T nichrome, 2.5 m Japan CMC wire) to heat-seal the bag (600×10 mm × 2 bars). A digital display time relay (Delixi JSS48A) controls the sealing duration. After sealing, the vacuum release valve (ZKC22F-32D) opens, the cover lifts, and the sealed package exits.
