Fonctionnement

Operator places the open mouth of the bag across the 600 mm horizontal sealing bar on the folding platform. Pneumatic cylinders (AirTAC) clamp the sealing bar from above; the 020-type vacuum pump (Nantong Da, 900 W) draws air out of the bag to a vacuum degree of <-0.08 MPa. Depending on the selected mode, protective gas (nitrogen, etc.) may be back-flushed via the inflation port. The 10 mm-wide instant single-side pulse heater (2.4 kW) then seals the bag. The cycle repeats every 2–7 s. Platform height is adjustable to keep the bag flat and prevent product tilting.

Stainless-steel platform: wipe clean. Replace PTFE varnished-cloth cover and silicone strip when worn (check weekly, average replacement interval ≥6 months). Replace sealing ring when worn (check weekly, ≥6 months).
