Fonctionnement
Caps are manually loaded into the storage hopper; the hopper elevator lifts caps into the vibration bowl. The upper bowl (304 stainless steel matte) vibrates at 50–100 Hz driven by the CUH-31M controller, which regulates amplitude. Caps are oriented (opening facing up) along the spiral guide rail and discharged from the outlet. When the bowl is empty, the photoelectric switch triggers the elevator to refill automatically; when full, it auto-pauses.
