Fonctionnement
Film from the roll (max Ø300 mm) is fed via a bottom paper feeding system to the bag-forming unit to create a pillow-type tube bag, into which products are inserted. Three Inovance servo motors independently control film feed, transverse sealing knife, and product infeed, coordinated by an Inovance PLC. Yatai photocell tracks color marks for precision sealing.
Processus de fonctionnement
