Fonctionnement
Film from the roll (max Φ320 mm) is drawn to the bag-forming former, creating a pillow tube. Product is fed manually or automatically into the tube. Longitudinal sealing is completed by the centre sealer; then the cross-seal blade completes the transverse seal and cut. A Panasonic PLC + variable-frequency drive controls the machine; a photo eye tracks the colour mark for precise positioning.
