SED-600ZB-B Automatic Pillow-Type Packing Machine. Designed for high-speed pillow packaging of candy and small items. Packing speed 600 pcs/min, paper/bag length 45–80 mm. The system comprises Main Unit 1 (1460×1050×1600
Fonctionnement
The candy-sorting disc arranges candies into the transport track. Bottom-feed film is drawn through the bag-forming former to create a pillow tube. Candy is filled into the tube, which is then longitudinally sealed by the centre sealer and cross-cut by the cross-seal blade. A differential-drive unit synchronises film speed with product feed. The entire machine is driven by a DELTA 1.5 kW inverter + Fangli 1.5 kW main motor + two Hengdian Group compensating gear reducers.
