SED-600XZ-B rotary granulator (rotary sizing/granulating mill) for breaking dry or wet cake into uniform granules. 18.5 kW Taizhou motor drives a SUS304 granulating knife and a SUS304 sieve drum with 13 SUS304 scrapers.
Fonctionnement
Pre-mixed wet or dry cake is fed into the top hopper of the SED-600XZ-B and falls onto a SUS304 sieve drum. A motor-driven granulating knife (18.5 kW Taizhou motor) rotates above the drum, with 13 SUS304 scrapers pressing material through the perforated screen. The chosen mesh determines the granule size; granules drop out below the sieve. The B-type belt drive transmits power through SED's in-house reduction mechanism. SUS304 product-contact parts and Zhangpu cover plates ensure GMP-grade hygiene.
