Fonctionnement
Pillow film unwinds and forms around incoming product from below (bottom-feed) under servo-driven film-pulling control. A fibre-optic sensor measures each item's length so different products can be packaged simultaneously. The film passes through a former into a tube; a centre-seal station heats and crimps the back seam. A reciprocating servo cutter, with bidirectional photo-tracking on the printed register mark, crimps and shears each end seal. Anti-cut sensors halt the cutter when product is misaligned. Operators recall stored parameter sets from a 7" touchscreen.
