Fonctionnement

The operator places products on the in-feed conveyor. Film loaded from above is pulled through an adjustable stainless-steel former, folding around the products. A middle sealing wheel heats the longitudinal back seam (hidden under the bag). The end-sealing crimper (servo-driven, with bidirectional photoelectric register tracking) closes and cuts each bag at the correct pitch. Three servo axes keep the feed, middle seal, and end seal synchronised at variable speeds. An ink-wheel coder prints batch/date information. F&C optical-fibre sensors detect product presence for each bag cycle; absent product stops the sealing to avoid empty bags.

Nettoyage et entretien

Before cleaning, turn off the power to ensure safety. Wipe the machine table and exterior surfaces with a clean, slightly damp cloth. Use compressed air to remove product debris from the in-feed mechanism and middle/end sealing zones. Use a steel brush coated with lubricant to remove film residue from the end-sealing blade.
