Fonctionnement
Powder material is loaded into the SED-600SZ1-A bowl. A bottom-mounted rotor stirring paddle homogenises the dry powder; binder is then added to form a wet soft mass. A high-speed side chopper cuts the wet mass into uniform wet granules. The process cycle is controlled by a Siemens PLC; AirTAC pneumatic solenoid valves actuate the lid and discharge.

1Powder material is loaded into the SED-600SZ1-A bowl.
2A bottom-mounted rotor stirring paddle homogenises the dry powder; binder is then added to form a wet soft mass.
3A high-speed side chopper cuts the wet mass into uniform wet granules.
4The process cycle is controlled by a Siemens PLC; AirTAC pneumatic solenoid valves actuate the lid and discharge.
