The machine is composed of a base, a frequency-converter-driven main axis, a rotor, and a cylinder. The cylinder container simultaneously translates, swings, and rolls under the drive of the main axis, propelling material in circular, radial, and axial directions so that materials of different particle sizes and densities are mixed uniformly without centrifugal segregation.
