Fonctionnement

Composite film unwinds from a horizontal magnetic-powder-brake station with EPC dual-photoelectric correction. PLC-controlled dual Panasonic servo motors pull the web at constant speed through a pneumatic floating-roller intermediate tension stage (dynamic compensation mode, minimizing tension fluctuation). Longitudinal seals use 3 groups of up-down heat + 3 groups of cool seals. Transverse seals use a main-beam pad-block press structure. An automatic multi-feed module (2–6×) handles bags longer than 400 mm. Edge waste is wound by a dedicated collector. Finished bags are conveyed by an automatic output conveyor.
