Fonctionnement
Roll-fed composite film unwinds under constant-tension control (magnetic-powder brake, pneumatic swing roller, encoder feedback) from a horizontal air-shaft unwinder. EPC correction guides the web through longitudinal seal stations (4 groups heat + 4 groups cool), zipper ultrasonic welding station, and transverse seal stations (3 groups heat + 2 groups cool) driven by a crank-rocker four-bar mechanism. Three Panasonic servo motors provide synchronized traction. An intermediate pneumatic floating tension roller with dynamic compensation stabilizes web tension. Automatic length control uses photocell tracking (±0.5 mm accuracy). A multi-feed module (2–6×) handles bags exceeding 400 mm length. Finished bags are conveyed by an O-type horizontal belt conveyor.
