SED-600RTJX-C automatic gummy candy production line. Capacity 600 kg/h (up to 240,000 pcs/hr depending on candy size). Steam heating, 2D gummies, gelatin-base. Depositing stroke 80 pcs; mould count 1040 short / 520 long.
Fonctionnement
Sugar (2 ton/h sugar elevator) and glucose (1000L warming tank + feeding pump) are auto-weighed against a 400L Mettler-Toledo load cell into a 500L fixed cooker with scraper stirrer (steam heated). Twin 2800 rpm high-speed shear machines homogenize the sugar mass; a plate heat exchanger cools to gelling temperature. Gelatin is separately dissolved in a 300L jacketed tank with high-shear mixer and stored in a 500L gel tank, transferred via lobe pumps. Sugar mass and gelatin gel are combined and mixed in 2×300L mixing tanks (with load cells) to ensure precise sugar-to-gelatin ratio. The CFA system (2 servo-driven screw feeders, 4 dosing pump+tanks, 200L mixture transfer + 200L storage) injects color/flavor/active ingredients via in-line blending. The single-color depositor with electrically-heated hopper feeds servo-driven mould carriers (316SS parts, stainless drive chain with clips); deposited gummies convey through the cooling tunnel, are oil-sprayed, mould-lifted, and de-moulded.
