Pulsating-vacuum sterilization: water-ring vacuum pump pulls multiple negative-pressure pulses (amplitude -80~0kPa, 1–99 pulses) to evacuate air from the chamber; one trans-pressure pulse (-80~+80kPa) clears residual air pockets; followed by 1–3 positive-pressure pulses with saturated steam (0.21MPa, 121–134°C) for sterilization. After sterilization, vacuum drying to -96kPa removes residual moisture. Three pre-vacuum cycles ensure faster heating and more complete sterilization. Sequence (water injection, preheat, pulse vacuum, sterilization, drying, dormancy) is fully program-controlled.
