Fonctionnement

Twin semi-hermetic asymmetric screw compressors compress R407C refrigerant in sequence (staggered start to reduce electrical surge). Hot compressed gas condenses in a horizontal shell-and-tube condenser (high-efficiency external-finned copper tubes) cooled by external water flow. The condensed liquid passes through an Emerson externally-balanced thermostatic expansion valve into a high-efficiency shell-and-tube evaporator (internally/externally threaded enhanced copper tubes, insulated with 25 mm PE panel to prevent condensation), chilling the process water. Dry filter (carbon-steel shell, alumina molecular-sieve element) removes moisture. Full-PLC smart controller auto-loads/unloads compressors to match cooling demand.
