Fonctionnement
Vertical form-fill-seal with double pull-film servo traction: a Xinjie servo motor draws composite film from a roll across a former tube; color-mark photoelectric sensor controls bag length via PLC; AirTAC pneumatic cylinders drive horizontal and vertical heat-seal jaws (Xinjie temperature controller + thermocouple); a second servo or GPG motor feeds the film; finished bags are discharged to a products conveyor.
