Fonctionnement

Servo-driven vertical form-fill-seal: PET/PE, OPP/CPP or OPP/PE composite film is pulled by servo from a roll, formed into a tube around a former, back-sealed via heat-sealing jaws, then bottom-sealed; the dual-head weighing scale dispenses granules into the formed pouch; top-seal jaws and a cutter complete the bag. PLC + touchscreen + pneumatic system control bag length via color-mark photoelectric tracking.
