Fonctionnement

Operator hand-places each candy at correct pitch onto the infeed chain. Three servo axes coordinate film unwinding, longitudinal heat sealing of the film tube around the candy, and transverse end seals + cut. A photoelectric color-mark sensor tracks printed film registration so each candy lands centered on the print. PLC sequences the operation; speed peaks at <600 pieces/min.
