Aerosol cans are auto-arrayed by an explosion-proof can pusher onto the conveyor; cans advance two pitches per cycle into the filling station where 8 nozzles dose liquid product, 2 valve-stabilizing heads insert valves, 2 sealing heads crimp them, and 8 gas-charging heads pressurize the can with propellant. A double-head valve placer feeds valves via airflow tubing; a 6-station rotary press caps the can. PLC + Siemens EX-rated HMI control with full pneumatic SMC main components.
