Fonctionnement
External-vacuum chamber-less sealing: bag mouth is fed into the seal bar slot, low-pressure clamp closes; two SS nozzles enter the bag and pull vacuum to -0.08 MPa via the rotary-vane vacuum pump (20 m³/h); after vacuum cycle, optional N₂ flush is injected; nozzles retract; the seal bar applies high-pressure clamp and electrical heating wires (dual-side) seal the bag; cooling cycle, seal bar opens, bag is removed. Cycle time and temperature programmable on touchscreen; supports cyclic re-heat for thick bags.
