Inline checkweighing: products are conveyed by entry conveyor (29 mm diameter rollers) onto the weighing conveyor, where strain-gauge load cells capture instantaneous weight while the product is in motion. The signal is filtered and classified into 3 weight zones (under / good / over). Out-of-spec items are diverted by air-blast, push-arm, or swing-arm rejector. Optional pressure monitoring, reject confirmation, and line-back-up detection. Data exported via Ethernet, fieldbus, or OPC for IoT/Industry 4.0.
