Fonctionnement

Vacuum rake drying with dual indirect heating: thermal oil heats both the jacket and the hollow rake teeth via the central hollow shaft. Material is added through the top charge port and continually agitated by forward/reverse rotating rake teeth — the contact surface is constantly refreshed. Vacuum (typically 400-700 mmHg) lowers the boiling point and pulls vapor out. The high vapor pressure differential between material surface and chamber drives moisture migration from the material core to the surface and out through the vacuum port. Discharge via butterfly valve on the bottom.
