57-station rotary tablet press with column-type frame: granular material is forced-fed into die cavities of the rotating turret, compressed between upper and lower punches via cam-driven main pressure rollers (max 80 kN) and pre-pressure rollers (max 15 kN per standard config). Pressure sensor on the roller assembly monitors live tablet pressure and triggers auto-shutdown on overload; displacement sensors track filling depth and tablet thickness with real-time on-screen display. Variable-frequency main motor and feeder motor allow stepless speed control. Sealed transparent work zone is fully separated from the drive mechanism to prevent cross-contamination. Drug-contact parts in 304 stainless steel or specially surface-treated per GMP.
