SED-5ZSJ1-T — Large-Capacity Roots Blower Type

An 11 kW Roots blower creates vacuum in the Φ600 mm stainless hopper. Powder/granules are drawn from the collection drum through an SS304 suction nozzle and Φ76 mm PVC steel-wire hose into the hopper. Fifteen Φ72×400 mm pleated filter bags separate dust from the conveyed air; the compressed-air back-blow system (0.6 MPa, 25 L/min) periodically cleans the bags. A secondary filtration system further purifies the exhaust. A pneumatic feed tee directs material into the downstream equipment (e.g., bin blender or capsule filler). A blind plate option allows switching between process positions.
