Fonctionnement
Hopper is rolled into the cleaning room and the lid is opened. The lift mechanism extends a rotating spray ball into the hopper interior; the pump pressurizes water/CIP solution which exits through the spinning spray ball, scouring the inner surface in a programmed cycle. External surfaces are cleaned manually with a high-pressure spray gun.
