Fonctionnement
Material is loaded into a mixing hopper, which is pushed into the column-mounted rotating fork carriage and locked in place. The hydraulic/mechanical lift raises the hopper to the mixing position; the VFD drive system rotates it at 3–15 r/min through a programmed mixing time of 2–59 min for tumbling 3D-style blending. After mixing, the rotating carriage stops in a vertical orientation, the hopper descends to the floor, the cycle stops, and process data is printed.
