Fonctionnement

Powder raw material and binder are mixed in a horizontal cylinder via the bottom-mounted mixing blade. After forming a humid soft mass, a high-speed cutting chopper crushes the mass into uniform granules. Dry mixing, wet mixing, and granulation all occur inside the same sealed container — eliminating cross-transfer and shortening cycle time vs traditional series-machine processes.
