Powder ingredients are charged with binder into the SUS304 mixing vessel where the bottom impeller (1.1 kW VFD, max ~270 rpm class) folds and homogenizes the bulk into a damp soft mass. A side-mounted high-speed cutter (0.55 kW VFD) then crushes the mass into uniform wet granules in seconds.
