Product is poured into the lift hopper and conveyed by multi-stage vibratory feeders that progressively transform the bulk pile into a continuous single-file stream sliding to the discharge point, falling one by one into the counting zone. In the counting zone, each piece passing through the infrared dynamic-scan photoelectric sensor generates a signal fed to a high-speed MCU; the MCU integrates the count and triggers the cylinder-actuated bottle gate to release the exact number of pieces.
