SED-5RZ-W 5 L Vacuum Homogenizing Emulsifier Skid (SUS316 contact, with water+oil pots, 380 V 3-phase). Main pot 6.5 L design / 5 L working / 2 L minimum; SUS316 3 mm contact, SUS304 3 mm jacket, SUS304 3 mm outer shell.

Fonctionnement
Material is loaded through the lid or vacuum-suctioned via piping into the main kettle. The bidirectional frame agitator with paddle blades compresses, folds, mixes and conveys product downward to the bottom-mounted homogenizer where high-speed rotor/stator action produces strong shear, impact and turbulence — instantly micronizing, emulsifying and dispersing. Vacuum continuously removes process gas to prevent foam. The frame agitator and homogenizer can be run independently or simultaneously; jacket electric heating is set on the control panel. After processing the cleaning ball valve is opened to wash the pot interior.
