Fonctionnement

Material is fed by a vibratory feeder into the SED-5QLF-K mill where compressed gas is accelerated through four supersonic Laval nozzles. The fluidized particles collide and shear inside the milling chamber, achieving instantaneous micronization. Centrifugal forces concentrate fines toward the outlet; coarser particles continue circulating for further reduction. Product passes through a built-in cyclone into a main collection drum; residual fines are captured by the precision pulse-jet bag collector.
