Sigma-blade kneader: two Σ-shaped blades counter-rotate inside a U-shaped jacketed bowl at 60 / 42 RPM, folding and shearing high-viscosity material between the blades and the curved bowl wall. The jacket (Q235 steel) circulates heating or cooling fluid for temperature-controlled processing; an interior thermocouple reads product temperature digitally while the jacket loop automatically holds setpoint. Discharge is by hand-cranked tilt of the bowl. Sigma profile gives intense kneading action ideal for pastes, doughs and high-viscosity slurries.
