Fonctionnement

Powered tape feeder pulls paper or OPP-film tape from a roll (Φ40 mm core, ≤Φ380 mm OD, 0.12 mm thick, 20 or 30 mm wide) around a 460 × 200 mm arch. PLC sequences feed, tighten and heat-seal cycles: tape is wrapped around the product, drawn tight to a programmed tension (6–99 N) and bonded to itself by hot-melt heat sealing. Cycle time ~2 s gives 25–30 bundles/min.
