Fonctionnement

Horizontal piston-type filler driven by compressed air (0.4-0.6 MPa). A 60 W motorized agitator continuously stirs the product hopper to keep paste-style materials homogeneous and prevent settling between fill strokes. Each cycle a piston meters a preset volume (100-1000 mL) with ±0.5% accuracy and discharges through the nozzle in 2-5 seconds. Operator can run automatically or step-by-step in manual mode.
