Fonctionnement

Powdered/granulated material is gravity-fed from the hopper into the die cavity. The lower punch sets the fill depth (and thus tablet weight); rotating the lower adjustment wheel rightward increases weight, leftward decreases it. On each press stroke the upper punch descends with up to 50 kN of compression force, compressing the material into a tablet of adjustable thickness. The filling cam controls feed timing; the lifting cam ejects the finished tablet. An eccentric wheel and connecting rod convert motor rotation into reciprocating punch motion. VFD / belt drive transfers power from the 0.75 kW motor to the main shaft (1,400 rpm turning speed). Under power failure the hand-crank flywheel allows manual operation.

Nettoyage et entretien

Pre-production: wipe exterior with clean wet towel; wipe interior with wet towel to remove dust/dirt; wipe hopper with clean towel then with 75% industrial alcohol for sterilization. Post-shift: wipe inside and outside with clean wet towel; wipe hopper with towel then 75% industrial alcohol. Monthly: check worm wheel, worm gear, bearings, and movable parts for looseness or wear; repair as needed. After use or stoppage: remove rotating drum and clean/rinse residual powder from hopper; reinstall. Long-term storage: wipe entire machine clean, apply rust-proof oil to all surfaces, cover with cloth canopy. Lubrication: grease spindle oil cups (2×), eccentric-wheel housing oil cup, bridge-gear oil cup 2–3 times per shift; grease lifting cam groove and filling cam groove once per shift; lubricate connecting rod upper oil hole and lever swing pivot with engine oil once per shift; apply engine oil to upper punch seat surface and lifting rod surface twice per shift.
