SED-590SZRS-A upper-film pillow-type heat-shrink packaging line consisting of a pillow-type seal-and-cut machine (3.6 kW, 220 V/50 Hz) and a heat-shrink tunnel (16.5 kW, 380 V/50 Hz). The seal-and-cut machine uses a color touchscreen with PLC control; bag length, speed, and temperature are independently adjustable; features an anti-cut safety clutch and a scrap-film recovery device (saves 3–10% film vs. conventional machines). The shrink tunnel uses dual high-efficiency temperature zones with hot-air circulation and automatic temperature control. Maximum film width 590 mm; packing speed 30–150 packs/min; compatible with PVC, POF and other shrink films. Includes optional conveyor belt and card-feeding machine.
