SED-590SDJ-F multifunction composite-film three-side-seal computerized bag-making machine. Max mechanical rate 160 cycles/min; max unwinding linear speed ≤30 m/min (depends on material and bag style). Max bag width 590 m
Fonctionnement
Composite film is unwound under closed-loop magnetic-particle-brake constant-tension control, edge-corrected by photoelectric sensors driving a screw mechanism, then pulled by Panasonic servo traction. The film passes through a 4-set heated longitudinal seal bar (800 mm hot, 400 mm cooling), then a 3-set hot + 2-set cold horizontal seal stack driven by an eccentric four-bar crank-rocker mechanism (3.7 kW Schneider three-phase motor through Taiwan Wanxin 1:17 reducer). A pneumatic upper cutter against a fixed lower cutter shears each bag; an optional bow-frame pneumatic punch (2 dies — slot and round-corner) punches handles. A screw-type edge-trim recoiler removes scrap. Multi-feed (2–6×) extends the maximum bag length beyond 400 mm.
