Fonctionnement

Same dryer/setting principle as SED-580ZL-I but with two cage layers per section (upper and lower, four cages per section). Each section has its own VFD-driven motor and 3 fans. Softgels enter the upper layer, are tumbled and air-dried, and pass to the lower layer for additional residence time before being discharged at the section end. Multi-section assemblies (4, 8, 12, 16+ sections) extend total residence time as needed.
