Fonctionnement

Freshly formed softgel pellets are conveyed by the encapsulator's transfer fan into the rotating stainless-steel mesh cage. As each cage section rotates clockwise the gels tumble inside while fans blow clean ambient air, drying and setting their shape. Reversing a section to counter-clockwise advances the gels to the next section. The final section discharges dried gels automatically. Cage speed is steplessly adjustable via front-panel potentiometer up to 30 r/min.
