Fonctionnement
Granulated material gravity-feeds into a forced feeder over a 43-station rotary turret. Upper and lower punches first apply 20 kN pre-compression, then 100 kN main compression on a load-cell-monitored upper press wheel. Cam-controlled lower punches eject finished tablets. ABB 7.5 kW motor drives an arc-tooth worm gearbox; Bijur VERSA III volumetric pump greases all friction points (upper/lower rails, punch rollers, punches, turret bores) on a programmable HMI schedule.
