Fonctionnement
Granulated material gravity-feeds into a forced feeder over a 35-station rotary turret. Upper and lower punches first apply 60 kN pre-compression, then 80 kN main compression on a load-cell-monitored upper press wheel. Cam-controlled lower punches eject finished tablets onto a scraper. ABB 7.5 kW motor drives an arc-tooth worm gearbox; a Beka volumetric pump greases all friction points (upper/lower rails, punch rollers, punches, turret bores) on a programmable HMI schedule. Pressure is displayed live and protected by an over-pressure auto-stop.
